キャッシュプラグインの影響でコメントができなくなっていた問題を修正しました。

Pixel 4 XLに2022年1月のアップデートを適用

度重なるアップデートの末に、実用に耐えうるだけの性能を失ってしまったので、もうSIMを入れずにメイン端末から転落しているGoogleのPixel 4 XLですが、2022年1月5日（米現地時間1月4日）にアップデートが来ていたので適用しておきました。先月に続き、今回も深刻なネットワーク接続トラブルが起こっているPixel 6/Proには同時アップデートとはならず後日配信です。

セキュリティーアップデートだからインストール

最近のGoogleのソフトウェア品質を考えると、すぐにインストールするのは避けたいという気持ちもあるわけですが、セキュリティーアップデートだから仕方なくインストールするという感じです。

今回のPixel 4 XLのアップデートのファイルサイズは30.05MBでした。サイズは小さいものの、更新には30分ほどかかったので、またか……と待たされる時間の長さに辟易とさせられたという💦

まあ、すでにSIMはAppleのiPhone SE2に入れているんで、時間がかかっても気にせず放置していましたが💦

割と深刻なセキュリティー問題が修正されているんで、アップデートはしておいたほうがよいはずです。閲覧したページの機械翻訳がなんとも微妙な……。英文のままのほうがよいのではないかという気がする。

ほかにもバグ修正がいろいろあるようです。緊急通報にバグがあったなんて困りますね💦

  • 画面ロックの問題の修正
  • ネットワークまわりの不具合の修正
  • ナビゲーションバーの表示不具合の修正
  • 特定の条件下でPixel Standのセットアップが始まらない問題の修正
  • 特定のアプリをインストールしていると緊急通報ができないバグの修正

なお、前回のアップデートでPixel 4 XLから消えた「この曲なに？」は今回のアップデートを適用しても復活しませんでした……。機能劣化継続中なり💢
